MasterObjects’ Patent
This is a fascinating story – After Amazon And Google, Masterobjects Sues Microsoft Over Instant Search Patent.
I think that MasterObjects have a very valuable patent :)

“For what it’s worth, Masterobjects isn’t your typical patent troll but a real company that has been actually making and selling software products powered by the technology it claims to have invented.”
… which is a real pity for them. It’s very likely that either Google, Amazon or Microsoft own patents on part of what Masterobjects is selling. Yes, it’s another *great* patent, BTW, who owns the patent on posting comments on blogs ?
