    What about the lytro? It captures the entire light field.

    I have heard that technology-wise, there is nothing new in Lytro’s offering. The main challenge that needs to be overcome in this area is resolution. Apparently, such cameras are currently limited to near VGA resolution.

    Anyway, the Lytro cameras do not boast a high frame rate.
